#4 Makefile is strange

[nogami ka2hiro]

i use Windows2000 & cygwin.

I get source from cvs.
I read makefile, and I tyr to make.
but it can't compile it.

I think dont change directory & compile.
But I can compile myself.

on relayirc directory,
"javac -
extdirs ./jars ./org/relayirc/swingui/ChatApp.java"

and I update cvs source. It can read Japanese.
