I have a weird unexplained problem with Relay Bot 1.1. I have my bot on 4-5 different networks and the bot is in the same channel for each network. There is something keeping curtain people from relaying. IE. DALnet will allow me (the channel owner) to relay to the other channels. but if a new user joins that channel it won't relay him. But it does me. I'm still pretty new to relaybot and will have to sit down and read the docs...
