#3 Source from external file with IE 5 Mac

Internet Explorer 5 for Macintosh doesn't handle the
current dynamic layer source retrieval well. The whole
rl_source.js should be restructured also to use a
general queue for loading the sources one after the
other. This is now only queued after load and resize.
The code should probably be split up for IE between
versions 4 and 5 for PC too.

I wrote some messages about how to control the
order of loading .js files in the dynapi-dev list
that may be relevant to your problem here. I haven't
written the code I outlined yet, but I don't think
it would be hard to do so.
