I love this system, but I would like to see if an
option could be added to it. We use a very similar
system, but have added something called Karma Points.
This is our rewards/punishment system... so that we're
never taking away from the effort someone puts into the
guild by taking away effort points.

In essence, the formula becomes this: (EP + KP)/GP = DKP

Where Effort Points (EP) are what they earn through
raiding (like DKP) and is always positive, Karma Points
(KP) can be a positive or negative number or zero,
depending on their overall "karma", and Gear Points(GP)
are also always positive.

btw, if a guild chooses not to use karma points, then it
would stay at the default zero quantity and would work
exactly the same as relational dkp does now. it just adds
    another option for rewards.

The current system allows for somthing similar, but tracks
the all the EP under one banner. An officer can manually
adjust somes EP or GP. However, having it as a secondarily
tracked stat across the various transactions is probably
feasible. Just will take up a bit more storage &
communication given that it'll add that additional field for
each transaction. Might require an interface change, so not
sure which branch I should put this feature against. I'll
set it for 1.1.0 for now.

    Awesome! Thanks!

Yes, I thought about adjusting the effort points, but for my
guild at least I like to see them as two separate values. It
helps in evaluating members (not just for dkp)... a player
with low effort but high karma may be worth working with
more than, say, a player with a lot of effort but a negative
karma (meaning they show up a lot but cause a lot of drama
when they do). Having them as one value it's more difficult
    to tell. LOL
