#12 Internationalization - Strings should be externalized

ReJava GUI Strings should be externalized to support
different language versions. The core also has some
issues related to this. Instruction.getHint() should be
depreated and the funcionality moved to an external GUI
class/classes.

Instruction.getHint() has been removed and the functionality has been moved to a separate GUI class.
