If you have this:

bidirectional_transfer_rule([[body_part,eye]],
[[body_part,aynayni]]).

followed by this:

bidirectional_transfer_rule([around_loc=[body_part,eye]],
[fi=[body_part,aynayni]]).

It does not take the second one, although it should be regarded as more specific.
