#36 will not start
I am trying to run version 2.0.3.0 and when I doubleclick the regulator.exe all I get is the startup flash screen with loading... and it never starts. Running XP Pro. .net 3.5 sp1 VS2008 installed. I have to go into the task manager processes and kill the regulator.exe to stop it.
coworker downloaded it and is working just fine.
