Please make this download available here at this Sourceforge as well, so people who are looking for Regshot on Google can quickly find the best version:

This Sourceforge main page default download should be replaced with RegShot 2.0.1.70 - which has built-in functionality to produce UNDO.reg files. The new version also reports on file changes via either file-size, CRC, or MD5. It is vastly superior and comes in 32-bit and 64-bit portable under the folders "ReleaseStatic" and "ReleaseStatic64".

5eraph: you can trust both, the "Unicode" (RegShot2) version was a different project (started in 2007 and stopped in 2010) to add unicode support among other things, hence the name Regshot(2) Unicode.
The official web page was http://regshot.ru/20/ but it is now dead so i have uploaded it at Wincert.
The one found at Sourceforge (which was pretty much abandoned for four years as you can see here) is not near as good as RegShot2 IMHO, even if this one have now unicode and X64 support.
You can run them and compare, they are both portable apps without installation needed."
The "false" Regshot 2.0 was a proprietary closed source program by a Russian person.
It was and is not a product of the Regshot Team (don't even know if he asked for permission to use the same name, and if so if it was granted).
Also we will not host foreign closed source software on an open source platform.
We know that the "false" Regshot 2.0 had some nice features, unfortunately it was and is closed source and can not be used as a template for the original Regshot.
We welcome any contributor to send in patches or join the team to transfer functionality from the "false" Regshot 2.0 to the original one.
