Fixed a bug where the current dir of a drive was scanned instead of its root dir when only the drive was specified in the scan dir list, e.g. "C:\" was used as "C:"

Implemented performance enhancements and reduced stack usage.
The skip list is now also checked against single key/value/file names, additionally to checking the full path.
Rename existing Unicode hive files from ".hiv2" to ".hivu". Only the extension has changed, not the file format.

Further tests revealed a real bug [#9] and some huge stack consumption [#8].

The new 1.9.0 beta (r264) resolves a crashing bug [#6] and a rare issue with Windows Vista and later where C: was not readable with FindFirstFile [r262].
