RegMAS: 0.9.3 (RC3) released

RegMAS is a Regional Multi Agent Simulator developed in C++ and suited to long-term simulation of effects of government policies over agricultural and rural systems.

This release is basically a GUI enchantment over RC2, with a better redesign and a right-click cross-layer pixel info area.

Many thanks to the Department of Economics of the Marche Polytechnic University for founding RegMAS and to the IAMO team for the training on both general programming and the multi-agent simulation.
