because Unix Style access rights are built into the filesystem,
since this rely's heavily on the filesystem, and not a running
daemon, it would be close to impossible to use a different acl
unless the filesystem supported it.

Registry uses what is provided by the filesystem.
If your filesystem supports advanced ACLs, you can use it to
set ACL to keys.
