Regina REXX 3.2 released

Version 3.2 of the Regina REXX Interpreter has been released. This release fixes some bugs introduced in 3.1. It also changes the way that shared libraries are built. On platforms that support threads, the shared library will be built with thread support, rather than building a separate library for thread support and one as single thread only.
