Help with converting ISC dhcp.cont to MS-DHCP

I am new here and not a expert programmer by any means.

Using this rexx utility, has someone created a way to take a ISC dhcp.conf file and convert it to a importable mircosoft dhcp netsh file?

if not, will anyone be interested in compiling such script?
