#481 Building on OpenBSD 5.9 needs cc not ld

Regina as configured with ./configure built just fine under OpenBSD 5.8 but now under OpenBSD 5.9 it is necessary to use cc not ld to link.

I attach Makefile which is the Makefile generated by ./configure and Makefile.fixed which allowed Regina to build under OpenBSD 5.9.

I am not certain that my addition of -fPIC to one of the macros was necessary but using cc with the -shared flag for linking definitely is.
