Support for Windows

I'm in the process of writing a version of Regex-gen in Ruby for Windows--I have also thought about replacing the Linux version with the ruby-implementation of Regex-gen, since it'll be easier to do more advanced regex building, however I'm currently enjoying programming in C++ so very much, that this is unlikely to happen. It is currently still in alpha, and will not be made publicly available until it offers at least the same functionality as the 0.1c.rev24 Linux release.
