#4 Snipets Web Service

It would great to take the snipet idea and extend it to
provide some online hosting of a Web Service that
allows developers to search and save commonly used /
useful regular expressions into a data store.

So your snipets would be available either locally (xml
storage) or via a Web Service to all other developers...
