It doesn't detect some keys like the one in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ (they don't appear in the tree, so they are not modified) (even when I run it as admin). On windows 7.

Unfortunately this program is 32-bit and non-unicode.
If is possible that Windows hides some keys from 32-bit programs. It can not be helped unless regedt33 is rebuilt as a 64-bit program.
