Regimental Command is a generic armored combat system being developed with
SDL (Simple DirectMedia Layer). The goal is to create a cross-platform
system that can be used to develop a variety of turn-based and real-time
wargames.

Version 0.0.2 - Wed 28 Jun 2000

    Hex coordinate display.
    Simple bitmap font.
    Console status bar display.
    Class hierarchy cleanup.
    Window resizing.
    RLE accelerated blits.

Requires SDL-1.1.3 (http://www.libsdl.org)
