#3 add description in Reflink-Dropdown

The R E F L I N K S shown at the bottom of an entry
inside a dropdown box are shown in a shortened form
(e.g. WWWLNK1 --> WWWLNK2).
It would be more useful to see a description of the
destination content. Descriptions should vary on the
type of source:
- title for books, edited vols, series, papers, links
- name for journals, conf proceeds
