#120 rEfit icon doesnt show, only a folder with question mark

Hi All... First time user here

However, the rEfit file doesnt show up at all when booting. All i get is a flashing folder with a big question mark, which i am unable to select.

I am running 10.11.5 El Capitan on a 2013 Mac Book Pro

Any help would be much appreciated
