I did not use the BootCamp assistant but manually partitioned the hard disk and installed Windows using rFEIt. It worked but after I synchronized GPT and MBR in the rEFIt menu, booting into Windows partition ends up with "Operation System Missing". Could you help me? How can I recover Windows?

What do the "fdisk", "gpt", and "diskutil" list commands say? Can you see the Windows partition in the Mac O X Finder? Does the Windows partition have the required boot files?
