i've downlowded svn code and i want know if there's a patch for OS X Lion

There's no patch for Lion. The same version should work for Lion, Snow Leopard, Leopard, etc. The easiest way to compile the code is to use Windows.

I don't know about those.

I would start with:

1) Visual Studio 2010 Express
2) Windows Driver Kit (WDK)
3) Microsoft Windows SDK

I haven't tried Express myself.

I did have to modify some files. For example: the EFI_Toolkit_2.0\build\em64t\sdk.env file needs MSSdk to be set to where the x86\amd64 tools are located (cl, link, lib, ml64)
