#84 Partitioning Tool only syncs the first hard drive

I edited the partitions on the second hard drive of a Mac Pro using parted. Running the Partitioning Tool (gptsync.efi) from the rEFIt boot menu only seemed to affect the first hard drive.
Only when I used the unix terminal version of gptsync and pointed it explicitly at the second hard drive did the synchronization happen.
