#232 GPTSYNC for OSx Mountain Lion File Vault

The CoreStorage file structure in Mac OSx Mountain Lion with File Vault enabled prevents GPTSYNC from functioning properly. One work around for Mac OSx Lion has been developed by modifying the gptsync.efi source code:
