on my new Thinkpad T470s with Touchscreen, touchpad and trackpoint (both use mouse interface of uefi) i was looking for a modern bootmanager that could be not only used with keyboard like grub. So i installed refind, and i am very happy how it is working (probably also to correctly implemented uefi firmware). I can enable mouse which works grate, i can also enable touchscreen in the refind.conf, but if i enable both the experience is not that grate anymore because the mouse is still working but with an invisible mouse cursor its only guesswork to hit the the right option.
So please add an option for both like showing the mosue pointer as soon some relative input event is provided and hide it when absolute input event is recognized. I would even be happy with always showing the cursor in this event but hide it is not a good idea to allow the user to choose if he would like use the keyboard, absolute pointing device (touchscreen) or relative ones (mouse, touchpad, trackpoint, etc)
thanks in advance and
keep up the good work!
