rEFInd not installing on OSX Mavericks

Installing rEFInd on OSX Mavericks does not work for me. Can't solve it via googling around so i hope or hints & help:

mba:refind-bin-0.7.4 user$ ./install.sh --esp
Not running as root; attempting to elevate privileges via sudo....

Installing rEFInd on OS X....
mount_msdos: /dev/MB: No such file or directory
Unable to mount ESP! Aborting!\n
This script must be run as root (or using sudo). Exiting!
