I have a trouble using refind on a Mac (with just Linux) as a boot manager. Problem is that Mac outputs a resolution out of range when using my monitor, which supports no more than 1600x900. I tried to force refind to use a lower resolution or even just text mode via config file, but the result is always the same: monitor says input is out of range? It seems that the only video mode recognized by this monitor is 1920x1080, which is too high. I don't know how to force refind to use a lower resolution. What I'm doing wrong?
