Hello @dakanji @srs5694 I use refind to chainload with Clover and OpenCore and after updating Windows 11 to the latest edition (2024 fall edition) for some reason refind is not loading Windows when I click on the corresponding boot entry in the refind boot menu. I'm getting a blue screen error code 0x000000d. I tried using the scan command defined within the config.config as well as creating a Windows 11 boot entry in the config.config file including the volume ID. macOS and Windows 11 are installed in separate disks. OpenCore and Clover EFI files are saved in the EFI partition within the macOS disk. Attached are the refind files I'm using. Could you let me know if I'm doing something wrong?

Error 0x000000d is an internal Windows error that has nothing to do with rEFInd.
Try a Windows support channel for what/how to resolve the issue.

@dakanji thanks for your response. I thought about reaching out Microsoft support in a forum. I wanted to ask here first since I'm able to load Windows once I reach the Clover or OpenCore boot menus or after pressing F11 when turning on the PC. I thought that maybe there is a change in Windows 11 booting that the refind configuration I currently have is not picking up.

I see. Well, if it is only affecting rEFInd, it is somehow related.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what might be the cause.

Do you get the same with RefindPlus?

I'll make some tests and report back. I'll include refindplus in the tests. @dakanji just to confirm: For refindplus, I just need to switch to the refindplus efi file and the config file that is enhanced for refindplus, right?

Just the efi file is enough.

If you run the DBG file it will tell you that the config file is different (as this build is for debugging) and it will then use the rEFInd config file. The REL file does not show a notice and just uses the rEFInd config file.

@dakanjiI replaced the efi file using the latest refind release while deleting files not needed and it worked. No more issues. Thanks a lot for yoir tips.
