I have a MacBook Pro Mid 2021 version. I used rEFInd to have OS X and Linux on it. I needed to add Windows 10 and after successfully installing Windows 10 I lost rEFInd as expected. I used EasyUEFI to get rEFInd to become active but now I have problems.

When I turn on the laptop I was getting get the following options

Boot Microsoft EFI boot from EFI
Boot EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi from EFI
Boot Fallback boot loader from EFI
Boot Windows (Legacy) from Basic data partition

I chose Boot Windows (Legacy) from Basic data partition I get a screen that says No Bootable Device -- insert boot disk and press any key
I then chose Boot Fallback boot loader from EFI I see the message LoadImage failed: Not Found then a bunch of hex codes and now when I boot I get a GNU Grub version 2.04 screen and have no idea what to do next

I am able to boot Linux Mate via USB stick and I do see all my partitions on my 1TB drive

/dev/sda1 is my EFI System Partition showing as 200 MiB
/dev/sda2 is OS_X shiws as 233 GiB
/dev/sda3 is showing as an exfat partition 523 GiB
/dev/sda3 is showing as a 16 MiB Microsoft reserved partition
/dev/sda5 is shbowinbg as a 1954.96 GiB partition
