I made a script that installs rEFInd from Windows easily for anyone who needs it.
Download the exe and run it as admin, mount the EFI partition, copy refind and set refind x64 as default bootloader, then open the installation folder in case you want to make modifications like adding custom login or extra themes. To update run the bat.
