Add jpeg support (banners, icons, fonts, etc.)

I want to be able to use my desktop background as the banner as well, but a lot of the images used for the background are jpegs. The current solution I use involves converting the background to a png and then copying it to the refind root directory. While the solution does work, it's incredibly rudimentary.
