I'm using refind to boot off an NVMe on my server board that's not capable.
I've been using secure-boot=disabled but I decided to try to get it to work.

I used the shim method and my board can finally secure boot off the refind
USB. I used to get a BIOS error that says the boot device is not secure
boot capable.

Refind throws an error that says the NVMe EFI driver is not loading because
it's not signed.

How can I sign it?
