I'm new to mac and trying to install windows with rEFInd.
I'm using MacPro4,1 (Early 2009, with no odd drive) with Yosemite (10.10.4)
I tried whole day but failed...
I have two hdds. I intalled os x on one drive, and the other formatted MSDOS(FAT) from Disk Utility (tried with bootcamp too)
I have a usb flash drive which is formatted as FAT32 and uploaded win7 installer with UltraISO (with bootable disk creation feature)
note that, i tried windows 7 iso tool, but it changed my usb NTFS.
When I reboot Mac with usb pluged in, rEFInd shows windows logo.
it says, 'boot windows from whole disk volume' and when I enter, just black cursor flashes. (maybe it does not reading usb?)
what should i do to install windows?
Thanks in advance.

I suggest bypassing rEFInd by holding down the Option (or Alt) key while starting the Mac. This should produce the Mac's built-in boot manager, which might do a better job of locating and booting your USB drive.
Another option is to try another tool for preparing your USB device. Quite a few are available, and they have different options and work in different ways. Sometimes one works when another one doesn't, so switching to another tool may get you the results you want. Also, if your machine has a built-in optical drive, you could try creating an optical disc boot medium rather than a USB flash drive. If you can borrow an external USB drive, you might try booting from it, as well.

There was no usb recognized on Mac bootloader...
So, i'm trying other methods such as bootice to test various mbr types...
(I have installed windows on PC with usb what i'm using several time)
and, as i said eariler, my mac does not have any odd.
