Hi
I have found an old Mac laptop of 2012. I use it not all the time and I would like to use it with an Linux installation I have on an SSD. This Linux installtion is working well and it has no problems on the original HP laptop. But the Mac laptop is better and I would like to use it (the linux SSD) on the Mac laptop.
The Mac laptop have good SSD with MacOS Catalina and rEFInd 0.13.2. I want to keep this and not change the SSD internal.
I have taken Linux SSD and a SATA to USB cable and made this attached to the Mac laptop. The linux SSD have two Linux on, one Kubuntu without encryption and one Ubuntu with encryption.
When I start the Mac laptop with this USB SSD the rEFInd is seeing the MacOS Catalina and the Kubuntu, but it doens't display the Ubuntu with encryption.
What must I to change that the Mac laptop is able to see and use the Ubuntu Linux that is encrypted on the USB SSD?
