Windows cannot shutdown, even fast startup is disabled.
Some programs may cause other programs crash, such as crypto-mining program, games and so on.
This issue won't appear if I boot Windows directly via bootmgfw.efi.

MotherBoard: GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING
RAM: 32GB DDR4-2666
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: GTX 1070

Such problems are extremely rare, and are mostly restricted to macOS installations and HiDPI displays. You might be able to work around the issue by using rEFInd's option to boot using the firmware's own boot entry, as documented here:
