Refind fails to load anything but OSX under Ozmosis

Hi,
Spent all night trying to figure out why Refind doesn't load anything including Shell, Memtest, Windows, Ubuntu under the Ozmosis bootloader mod. OSX Capitan will surprisingly load without issues but anything else fails ending with just a verbose message on screen 'Loading ..' whatever. Not sure how to fix this. Anyone has any solution ideas I would appreciate it.

I'd never heard of Ozmosis before your message, so I had to research it a bit. My best guess is that you (or whoever created your modified firmware image) accidentally damaged something in the firmware to cause an incompatibility.
One slim possibility does occur to me, though: In rEFInd 0.9.2, I introduced some changes in rEFInd to work around Secure Boot issues with Shim 0.8. If you're trying to boot with Secure Boot active (or maybe even if not, if your firmware is now misreporting its Secure Boot state to rEFInd), it's possible that these changes will cause problems, particularly if Ozmosis does something strange with Secure Boot. You might therefore try a 0.9.2 or later version of rEFInd vs. and earlier version. If rEFInd works differently starting with 0.9.2, that may be the cause.
Beyond that, I'm afraid I can't help. Ozmosis looks downright scary to me, so I don't plan to install it on any of my systems for testing. If you or somebody else wants to take up the task of debugging this issue, I'd be happy to accept patches to rEFInd, provided they seem sane.
