refind 0.11.3 does not install on my Mac (while 0.11.2 does)

Just a note on the latest 0.11.3 release:
./refind-install does not install and sends the following error message:
/usr/bin/env: badinterpreter: No such file or directory
The previous version 0.11.2 installs and works without a problem.

That's a known bug which is fixed in the latest release (0.11.4).
