How to edit boot entry during startup ?

Hi,

As in topic = how to change (edit) boot parameters during booting ? I thought I've seen this somewhere, but I can't remember what to press. 'e' doesn't work, F2 gives me just booting with defaults option, nothing special. I mean something like 'e' in GRUB.

Help, plesase :)
