I'll try to be clear, i cant find any answer to my problem.

Before refind, i was using microsoft bcd fully equip in efi on usb boot and another usb key specially for konboot in efi. Now that i discovered refind, i was super happy to boot refind first that was able to load my bcd. But nightmare! I discovered that i always need to disable secureboot when enabled on each computer; now my only hope would be to PUT Refind IN BCD to have an all-in-one usb key. If no solution for that ill continue to keep 2 usb keys.

So i would like to know, can I add refind in bcd and if yes how with visual bcd?

First, it's unclear to me what your configuration is. By "konboot" do you mean Kon-Boot? I've never heard of this tool before, so I'm not very familiar with it; but the basic description on its main page makes it sound like an emergency recovery tool, not something you'd want permanently installed on your computer. Or are you trying to create an emergency-recovery USB flash drive that uses rEFInd to provide boot options? It's hard for me to offer specific suggestions if I don't understand your needs or current configuration.

Second, it's unclear why you had to disable Secure Boot. rEFInd is compatible with Secure Boot, although depending on how you set it up, you might need to jump through some hoops. I recommend you read:

Depending on your needs, one or another of those pages may be of use to you.

If you're trying to create a USB flash drive for use in recovering systems, you might find ALT Linux's version of rEFInd helpful. It's been a while since I've used it, but I believe they use a Shim program that launches their own signed version of rEFInd without having to deal with MOKs.
