Is there a way to use rEFInd to PXE boot a mac? Hopefully someone already has an ISO I can use.
I've tried to test this using VMWare Fusion 6 by creating a new Mac OS virtual machine (bare metal) and following the instructions http://www.rodsbooks.com/refind/installing.html#efishell. Unfortunately the VMWare EFI shell does not allow multiple-file or recursive copying, so copying rEFInd using only their EFI shell is nigh impossible. I was hoping to at least get a demo up and running under VMware before I tried it on a real mac.
Thanks in advance.

PXE booting is something that's on my to-do list for rEFInd, but it's not something that's of great personal interest to me, so it's low on that list. I certainly welcome code contributions, should any other programmer decide to take it up.
