I am pretty new to this so I might be wrong but I tried installing rEFInd on a dual boot windows and arch linux system (on the arch linux side), It didn't work so I tried deleting the arch linux and rEFInd and than install everything again but when I went to delete rEFInd I saw that the dirs and files were all over the place and not in a folder like it should be so i dont know how to delete rEFInd.
I'm including a pictore of the dirs in the boot partition, hope someone can help me delete rEFInd, (I belive it was my fault and not a error in rEFInd).
Thank you in advance.
What about the rEFInd install didn't work? It appears that the PC only needs to boot bootx64.efi in the boot folder to start rEFInd.
Delete tools and everything in boot.
Really, you can download rEFInd, then compare the files. Delete everything from the EFI partition that is the same in the rEFInd download. Bootx64.efi is just a renamed rEFInd.efi.
After that, you might want to copy Microsoft/bootmgfw.efi to Boot/BOOTX64.efi to restore the Windows boot loader as the default for the EFI partition.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
What OS can you still boot? It looks like Windows still works.
Use that OS to save contents of the EFI partition.
Your linux is missing grub? If you don't have refind or grub, then you can't boot linux, right? So you'll want to fix that.

Thank you so much! do you have any other ideas or maybe you know of a "safety net" just in case something goes wrong when i delete it like u said?
