This sounds like the Arch Linux LTS kernel may have omitted the EFI stub loader, or there's a problem with it. You might want to ask about this on an Arch Linux forum.

I installed Windows 10, Ubuntu and ArchLinux
And If I install the LTS Kernel in ArchLinux, ArchLinux don't Boot, to boot I must boot rEFInd to Grub of Arch, Grub that I installed before.
