Hello!
I'm not sure it's the right place to post, but this issue is also there with refind, so ...
I've got a Macbook Air 7,2 early 2015 11inch, with el capitan installed by default.
When i try to install a linux distribution (I've tried Archlinux, Ubuntu and Manjaro) i can't : the linux live session can't see my hard drive/ don't show my hard drive. I've turned off the SIP, and the disk encryption option.
I tried with the Mac boot EFI option and the Refind option but i'm still facing the same issue.
Is there something that i'm missing ?
Thanks !!!

That type of problem usually indicates that the disk controller is not yet supported by the Linux kernel you're using. The fix is to wait for support to appear, or switch to a distribution with a newer kernel. Ubuntu often lags a while on kernels, but I think that Arch is usually pretty up-to-date, so I'd expect you'd have better luck on that score. I'm not sure about Manjaro, offhand.
You might also try posting on a Mac forum or on forums for the specific distributions you're trying.
