I'm using this application on some of my MacBook Pros in work. They are dual booted OS X Yosemite and Windows 7.

Apple allows you to install Bootcamp on your Mac's Windows partition that among installing drivers, also installs a handy toolbar item that when clicked gives you the option to boot back into OS X. When using this feature the Mac successfully restarts and boots straight into OS X, which is great, but whenever the machine is restarted from then onwards rEFInd doesn't load at boot anymore.

I guess I could look into disabling the Bootcamp utility on the Windows side, but I was hoping there would be an easier way of doing this? Is there some sort of command I can pass the Mac that will "reenable" rEFInd?

yes you must re-bless the refind EFI program. instructions are on rod's site just google 'refind bless' i'm sure you'll find it. It must be done from OSX.
