#1 padding for first column of log

hi josh,

1000 times thx for refdbg. I am trying it in our
project 'buzztard' (http://www.buzztard.org) right now.
One wish though:

Can you pad the log-output of the first column
(PRE_NEW, NEW, ..) so that the next columns align
propertly. This helps to spot changes in the ref-count.
