[Refdb-users] ANN: refdb-0.9.8-1 Cygwin binaries available

Hi all,

I've uploaded updated Cygwin binaries which were built from the recently
announced 0.9.8-1 bugfix release. The package is available here:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=26091

Please remember that this is not a real Cygwin package. It is a simple archive
that you should extract in / (the root directory of your Cygwin installation).
All files will then drop into the /usr/local hierarchy.
