[Refdb-users] FYI - docbook-xsl 1.70.1 now in Debian testing

Thanks to an non-maintainer upgrade by Daniel Leidert, there's now
an up-to-date Debian package of the DocBook XSL stylesheets.

Many fixes and improvements were made between v1.70.1 and the
previous version that was available for Debian (v1.68.1). So
upgrading is strongly recommended.
