Unfortunately your observation is correct. I'll certainly add more styles as
soon as I need them myself, but I lack the time to write styles just for the
heck of it. If anyone has written or customized styles, please let the list
know and we'll find a way to make them available on the web.

If you (or anyone else) wants to hack styles, please be aware that David Nebauer
provided a nice script which allows to define styles interactively. The script
is available through CVS (check out the makestyle module). You can also
download the files from the CVS web frontend:
