As for SourceForge, this is "normal" behaviour. Once in a while their
boxen are overloaded and stop doing maintenance things. Did you ever
check the project statistics? Currently it lags about one month
behind, catching up only slowly. I expect the archive problem to
disappear as sudden as it popped up.
