Your analysis is correct. I've investigated this and found out that
the .xsl file represents the status of some unfinished hacking. I've
updated the Perl script that generates the .xsl file and hope that the
generated file works for Saxon as well. I've sent you an updated
version by private mail. Please let me know whether or not it works.
